Case Manager / Facilitator / Wood and Seneca Counties

The Case Manager/Facilitator is a front-line staff member dedicated to helping justice-involved clients overcome challenges and build successful, productive, and healthy lives. Trained in Leadership, Parenting, Marriage, Communication, and Family Strengthening programs, they deliver these courses to incarcerated individuals in correctional facilities across the state, presenting content that is rooted in faith-based principles but delivered in a non-religious manner. In addition to teaching, the Case Manager/Facilitator provides supportive services such as Family Programming, Job Skills Training, Education, and access to community resources that promote personal development and successful re-entry into society. They also assist the Project Director in strengthening and expanding partnerships with organizations and institutions to enhance and broaden the services available to clients.

Employer Outreach Coordinator

Company Profile: The Ridge Project, Inc. is an Ohio faith-based, Christian, non-profit.  We provide relationship education, leadership training, character & ethics training, and employment skills development.  We serve middle-school and high-school students, and adults involved in the criminal justice system. Through our unique and cutting-edge programs, we seek to end generational cycles of family disintegration by training clients to have strong, healthy and permanent marriages, and to be responsible citizens and role models in their schools, families and/or communities. Operations Coordinator

Help us keep things running smoothly by handling customer orders, sharing shipping details, and making sure partners have what they need to support families. It also includes keeping an eye on inventory levels and helping the CEO with growing and maintaining the TYRO program. You’ll help shape and update internal processes and the overall structure of the organization. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll also help partners build a database with everything they need for their programs and outreach efforts. A big part of the job is helping bring in new partners for training, staying on top of IT needs with the tech team, and managing data and reports for all our program partners.
