The Case Manager/Facilitator is a front-line staff member dedicated to helping justice-involved clients overcome challenges and build successful, productive, and healthy lives. Trained in Leadership, Parenting, Marriage, Communication, and Family Strengthening programs, they deliver these courses to incarcerated individuals in correctional facilities across the state, presenting content that is rooted in faith-based principles but delivered in a non-religious manner. In addition to teaching, the Case Manager/Facilitator provides supportive services such as Family Programming, Job Skills Training, Education, and access to community resources that promote personal development and successful re-entry into society.
