The visionary of the RIDGE Project, Ron serves as co-founder / Co- Executive Director alongside his wife Catherine Tijerina.
Blake serves as the Director of Operations as well as manages a federally funded Adolescent Health Dept grant.
Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of TYRO Support Services, Brandon expands the mission of the TYRO Program across the globe.
Dan serves the RIDGE Project as a Project manager and facilitates classes in prisons throughout Ohio and the across the US.
With over 15 years of service, Tim Snoke leads a federally funded project and promoted entrepreneurship and empowerment throughout the organization.
Elizabeth leads a family-visit oriented DOJ funded project that serves justice involved men and women throughout Ohio.
With over 12 years of service, Chuck leads a federally funded project that serves justice involved men and women throughout Ohio.
Todd manages the data department, interfacing with other departments to document the work we do.
Toris serves the RIDGE Project as a Project Manager and also facilitates classes in adult and juvenile correctional facilities throughout Ohio.
Maggie leads several youth initiatives as well as serves as grant writing manager for future funding opportunities.
Melissa leads The RIDGE Project’s fiscal department staff and supports grant writing opportunities.
