The Ridge Project, Inc. is an Ohio faith-based, Christian, non-profit. We provide relationship education, leadership training, character & ethics training, and employment skills development. We serve middle-school and high-school students, and adults involved in the criminal justice system. TYRO Support Services (TSS) partners with correctional institutions, government agencies, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations to deliver award-winning, evidence-based character development and family strengthening programs. We provide curriculum, facilitator training, implementation support, digital learning solutions, and educational resources that equip organizations to successfully deliver TYRO Leadership, TYRO Dads, TYRO Moms, Core Communication, Couple Communication, TYRO Youth, and OnDemand programs. Through scalable, evidence-based programming, TYRO Support Services empowers organizations to strengthen individuals, restore families, and create lasting change in their communities.

About the Job
- The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team by managing schedules, communications, projects, and organizational priorities.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, vendors, and organizational stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, follow-up items, and deliverables remain on schedule.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and other organizational documents.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and organizational logistics.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Anticipate leadership needs, identify potential issues before they arise, and recommend solutions.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

- Experience with project management software is preferred.
